Cinco De Mayo Celebration

With Cinco de Mayo falling on Taco Tuesday, I created a celebration honoring San Diego’s vibrant Hispanic community. Despite a limited budget, the event drew nearly 213 registrations and featured a local Hispanic vendor serving handcrafted blue corn tortillas, a Suerte tequila and seltzer activation, specialty menu items, a mariachi band, and a photo booth. The experience engaged families and adults while creating a memorable sense of exclusivity for members.
